Case 145 Surgical Rejuvenation
This 45 year-old woman got tired of people asking her why she was sad or mad. She felt like she was frowning all the time and felt as though her cheeks were sagging, too. She also wanted to improve the pigmentation and texture of her skin. After reviewing old photographs, we decided together, that her best option was a brow and cheek lift done through five small scalp incisions and a trichloroacetic acid chemical peel. She is shown four months later, looking much younger and refreshed.
