Case 305 Surgical Rejuvenation
This is a lovely 25 year-old female who never liked her weak chin. 5 months after liposuction of chin and jowls, with the insertion of a large chin implant. Fat was transferred to her chin above the implant up to the corners of her lips to fill out her chin. Chin fat transfer always makes chin implants look more natural- She is thrilled and has much more self confidence.
