Katherine (Katie) Cosimi, MSN, APN-C
Katie, our nurse injector, is a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience in family medicine, acute care, and spinal cord rehab. She worked for 4 years as a nurse practitioner in a hospital setting specializing in cardiology. Along the way, Katie developed a passion for preventative and aesthetic medicine.
Katie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Rutgers University and her Master’s degree from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. She is a certified Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey. Katie possesses numerous medical certifications and is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Association of Critical Nurses.
Katie came to The Hughes Center from another Med Spa in New Jersey, where she provided injections, CoolSculpting, skin pen, and IV infusion services. She is certified in injector/filler, neurotoxin, Morpheus, CoolSculpting, and skin pen.
In her spare time, Katie volunteers at Hoops for Hope and the Gift of Life Program to raise funds for cancer research and organ and tissue transplants, respectively. She is an American Heart Walk Captain who raises funds for the American Heart Association. Working out and spending time at the beach are her favorite pastimes.
